Meet Cléa, M.Ed., Registered Psychotherapist #14397
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, or the feeling that you should be able to manage everything on your own? Maybe you’re struggling to understand your emotions, feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or simply feeling like something needs to change. Cléa offers therapy for adolescents (14+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, insomnia, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship concerns. She provides a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
Cléa believes that reaching out for therapy can be a vulnerable step, and you deserve to feel comfortable being yourself when you do. She takes the time to understand your unique experiences, challenges, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, you can explore what may be contributing to your current struggles, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident and capable in your everyday life.
If you’re navigating ADHD or neurodivergence, you may have spent years feeling like you need to work harder to keep up, wondering why certain things seem easier for others, or being overly critical of yourself when you struggle. Cléa can help you better understand how your brain and nervous system work, recognize the ways ADHD or neurodivergence may be affecting your emotions and relationships, and develop strategies that actually fit your life. Her goal is to help you move away from shame and self-criticism and toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and self-compassion.
If anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or insomnia is making it difficult to feel like yourself, therapy can give you the space to slow down and understand what you’re experiencing. Whether you’re constantly overthinking, struggling to regulate your emotions, having difficulty sleeping, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to affect you today, Cléa can help you work through these challenges while developing healthier and more sustainable ways of coping.
If you’re experiencing relationship difficulties, you don’t have to figure them out alone. Cléa works with couples navigating communication challenges, parenting stress, intimacy concerns, infidelity, breaches of trust, and different relationship structures, including polyamory. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your partner, caught in the same arguments, struggling to rebuild trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, Cléa provides a supportive space where both partners can feel heard and understood.
Most importantly, Cléa wants you to feel like therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, you can work toward understanding yourself more deeply, building confidence in your ability to navigate challenges, and creating healthier patterns that feel authentic and sustainable.
Cléa holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Communications from the University of Ottawa. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is fully bilingual in English and French. She provides virtual counselling to adolescents (14+), adults, and couples across Ontario.
If you’re ready to take the next step, Cléa offers a compassionate and collaborative space to begin. You don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
