At Aura Counselling Services

We believe that healing begins in connection, both with ourselves and with others. Our work is grounded in the belief that the quality of our relationships lies at the heart of emotional well-being, resilience, and fulfillment.

We provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their inner world, including the parts they may feel ashamed of or struggle to understand, and still be met with empathy, warmth, and respect. Through this process, we help individuals and couples build healthier, more authentic relationships and a stronger sense of self.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help clients improve the quality of their relationships, both with themselves and with others. We support individuals and couples in strengthening emotional bonds, breaking free from unhealthy cycles rooted in attachment wounds or past traumas, and developing tools for emotional balance and regulation. Through this work, we aim to foster greater self-understanding, connection, and fulfillment in all areas of life.

Our Approach

Our approach is relational, trauma-informed and attachment-based. We integrate evidence-based methods such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy and mindfulness practices.

We see therapy as a collaborative process- one built on curiosity, compassion, and mutual respect. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and connected to what truly matters.
